Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner appears to have availed loan from the second respondent. The petitioner appears to have committed default. The second respondent has issued notice under the provision of the SARFAESI Act. Now, the petitioner as a counter blast has given a complaint before the first respondent and wants this court to direct the first respondent to take action against the second respondent. These are matters that will have to be agitated elsewhere. Invoking the writ jurisdiction is not the appropriate remedy.
