The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly made a submission that the grievance of the writ petitioner had already been redressed by the respondents and promotion was granted. However, in respect of other consequential benefits, the petitioner has already filed W.P.(MD) No.11842/2021, which is pending before this Court. Thus, the petitioner has to pursue the writ petition for other benefits. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
