The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to forward the proposal of the General Provident Fund to the first respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 25.03.2024 and direct the first respondent to grant the entire General Provident Fund to the petitioner, within a stipulated time.
2. Ms.S.Mahalakshmi, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent.
3. Mr.M.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3.

4. The leaned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner is entitled for the General Provident Fund. However, till date no proposal is received from the second respondent. If the second respondent forwards the proposal, the first respondent will disburse General Provident Fund to the petitioner immediately.
5. In such case, the second respondent is directed to forward the proposal with necessary particulars within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in order to enable the first respondent to disburse the General Provident Fund and the first respondent shall consider positively to disburse the amount within a period of the two weeks thereafter.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
