Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorari call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the Labour Judge, Madurai in I.D.No. 174 of 1997, dated 09/10/2007 and quash the same as illegal and invalid and thus render justice. of 2127 days in re-presenting the appeal is allowed, subject to the condition that the appellant/Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- [Rupees Two Thousand only] to the credit of Rojavanam, Home for aged and poor, Melur Main Road, Uthangudi, Madurai 625 107, [Mobile Nos.76671 44700 and 75988 34700], on or before 19.09.2018. It is made clear that if the payment is not made within the time stipulated in this order, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
