[Order of the Court was made by N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.] This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant 60 days Fur-lough for the petitioner's brother, who is serving sentence at Central Prison, Palayamkottai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) produced the proceedings of the second respondent dated 03.06.2026, wherein, the life

convict has been granted 60 days Fur-lough subject to certain conditions. A copy of the same has also been placed before this Court.
