O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2025 and to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent.

2. According to the petitioner, he sent the representation dated 18.04.2025 to the respondents no.1 against the 3rd respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already the petitioner lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent and they issued C.S.R.No.333 of 2025 and the same is pending for enquiry. Again petitioner sent a representation and the same is pending. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the 3rd respondent, is inclined to pass order.

5. Recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner's representation is pending with the 2nd respondent, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law after affording opportunity to both the parties, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order.
