Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3647/R1/E2/ 2017 dated 26.09.2018 and quash the same and direct the respondents to pay the interest for belated payment of terminal benefits including General Provident

Fund, Special Provident Fund, Computation, Gratuity, Earn Leave Surrender etc., at the rate of 24% interest per annum.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petitioner died and that he was not able to get the details of the legal heirs to implead them in place of the petitioner.

2. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. It is open to the legal heirs of the petitioner to move this Court to raise the issue. There shall be no order as to costs.
