RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD)No. 18536 of 2018 dated 16.10.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.M.ANANTHA MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.ASOKAN,Government Advocat (Criminal Side) for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18536 of 2018, dated 16.10.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and since the case has been transferred to the All Woman Police Station, Thirumayam, Pudukottai District, it would be appropriate that the petitioner shall report before the All Woman Police Station, Thirumayam, for complying the condition. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 16.10.2018, made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18536 of 2018 is modified to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

effect that the petitioners shall appear before the All Woman Police Station, Thirumayam, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks.
