Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to issue site visit certificate to the petitioner relating to the tender notification in Short-Term E-Tender Notice No.01SE/B (C&M) C/Trichy/2026-27/dated 06.04.2026 and permit the petitioner to participate in the tender based on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.04.2026.

ORDER

The petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction to the third respondent to issue a Site Visit Certificate so as to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender process, in pursuance of the tender document dated 06.04.2026.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the Site Visit Certificate will be issued to the petitioner today, provided that the petitioner has visited the site.

3.The said submission is placed on record.

4.In view of the above submission, the third respondent is directed to issue the Site Visit Certificate to the petitioner forthwith, subject to the petitioner having visited the site in question. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
