Respondents Prayer : To amend the prayer in the above Writ Petition as stated below: "It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the third respondent passed in his proceedings in Ref No. Page No. 1 of 4

010600/NDLEC/23942/MA/CRS-908/12/2026 dated 29.01.2026 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to reimburse the medical expenses to the tune of Rs.14,62,461/- out of the entire expense of Rs.16,45,859/- incurred by the petitioner for his wife's medical treatment in the light of the second respondent's proceedings dated 19.06.2025 within the period that may be stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice."

Instead of "In these circumstances, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to sanction and reimburse the medical expenses to the tune of Rs.14,62,461/- out of the entire expense of Rs.16,45,859/- incurred by the petitioner for his wife's medical treatment in light of the second respondent's proceedings dated 19.06.2025 within the period that may be stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice."

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to amend the prayer in the main Writ Petition.

2. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in this Writ Miscellaneous Petition, the prayer in the main Writ Petition stands amended.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the main Writ Petition.
