Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notification No.8/2009, dated 28.02.2019 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same as illegal to the extent of not stating anything about the validity of TET pass certificate and consequently to direct the respondents to clarify about the validity of the TET pass certificates issued earlier stating that the same is valid for 7 years, since a competitive examination is directed to be conducted for recruitment to the post of B.T.Assistants and Secondary Grade Teachers as per G.O.(Ms).No.149, School Education (T.R.B) Department, dated 20.07.2018 the stipulation of validity of TET pass certificate only a period of 7 years does not hold good and as such necessary clarification is yet to be issued by the third respondent.
