ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent police submits that petition enquiry is pending and no case has been registered against the petitioners so far. He further submits that it is a matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife.

2.Since it is a matrimonial issue, the respondent police is to adopt the process of conciliation as per the procedure and if any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. 3.However. the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted a direction may be issued to the respondent police to not to harass the petitioner. Since the conciliation is going to be undertaken, the question of harassment may not arise.

4.With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
