The petitioner claims to be the owner of a property in Survey No.528/4, Koodangulam Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. 2.The petitioner states that he purchased the said property under a registered sale deed dated 13.09.2019 and obtained a patta in respect thereof. For purposes of putting up a fence around the property, it became necessary to determine the boundaries thereon. representation was carried on 02.07.2021 to the second respondent herein by enclosing all relevant records, but no action was taken thereon. The present Writ Petition is filed in such circumstances. 3.Mr.R.Baskaran, learned counsel for the State, accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents and submits that the second respondent would act on the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time frame.

4.Accordingly, the second respondent herein is directed to conduct a survey of the property bearing Survey No.528/4 at Koodangulam Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, after putting all affected parties on notice. For such purpose, the second respondent may, in turn, direct the relevant authority from the Survey Department to undertake such exercise. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. W.P.(MD).No.13354 of 2021 is disposed of on these terms without any order as to costs.
