ORDER

The impugned order of suspension dated 01.02.2019 issued by the Manager of R.C. Schools / third respondent is under challenge in the present Writ Petition. The third respondent is a minority school and therefore, this Writ Petition is not entertainable. The petitioner has to exhaust the statutory remedies provided under the Act for the purpose of redressal of his grievances. However, the respondents also have to take note of the fact that departmental disciplinary proceedings once initiated must be concluded as expeditiously as possible.
