ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 423 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners submits that the already a connected batch of writ appeals in W.A.(MD) Nos.1842 to 1845 of 2024 were admitted by the Court and interim stay was granted.

3. Mr.B.Muthu Prakash, learned Counsel, accepts notice for the respondent and has no serious objection to the petition being allowed.

4. Though reasons stated in the affidavit is not satisfied, considering the fact that the connected batch of cases were already 2/4

admitted and interim stay was granted and also considering the fact that the respondent has not raised serious objection, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Hence, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the appeal for admission along with W.A. (MD) Nos.1842 to 1845 of 2024 on 06.04.2026.
