The petitioner challenges the order of the rejection of the Tahsildar in the online mode on 28.08.2024.

2.Admittedly, the petitioner has not been given sufficient opportunity to meet the objections raised by the first respondent for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner. No proper enquiry also appears to have been conducted. Hence, the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remitted to the first respondent for fresh consideration and the first respondent, after giving opportunity to the petitioner and second respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/5

3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
