Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 08.09.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9430 of 2020, directed the petitioners to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy, and file a petition for recalling the warrant, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. CRL MP(MD) No.4834 of 2020 the Court concerned, within the stipulated time and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time granted by this Court vide order dated 08.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9430 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
