ORDER

Since the civil revision petition is filed with an innocuous relief of expediting the proceedings in O.S.No.39 of 2024 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Sattur, this civil revision petition is disposed off at the admission stage without notice to the other side on the following terms: Considering the fact that the suit was originally filed in the year 2022, the Sub Court, Sattur is directed to dispose of O.S.No.39 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible in any event not later than six (6) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

2. With the said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
