PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent police to final a final report in Crime No.313 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent police dated 03.08.2018 within the stipulated time as laid down by the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No. 313 of 2018 dated 03.08.2018 and file a final report within the stipulated time.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,17.12.2018), the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation is going on and that the respondent will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of six months from today.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
