ORDER

The order passed by this Court was challenged in WA(MD).No.1819 of 2025 where there was a direction by the Hon'ble Division Bench to consider the proposal if it has been pending on or before 13.01.2023. Pursuant to the order of the Division Bench, the proceedings have been issued on 26.08.2025 rejecting the proposal submitted by the management on the ground that the proposal has been submitted beyond the cut-off date. 2.Recording the above said submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the management or concerned teacher to challenge the said order, if they are so advised. No costs. 12.09.2025.
