ORDER

The petition is filed by the wife praying to withdraw the F.C.O.S.No.05 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Vellore and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Madurai. 2.It is the case of the petitioner/wife that she is now residing at Madurai along with her mother within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Madurai, is also taking care of her two tender children. The petitioner/wife pleads hardship in attending the Family Court, Vellore.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered on the following terms: (i)the F.C.O.S.No.05 of 2024 pending on the file of the Family Court, Vellore is withdrawn and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

(ii)No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
