PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 1750 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A2 and A7, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.06.2020 and 03.07.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148 and 302 of IPC on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.
2. It is seen that it is a case of retaliation murder. In pursuance to the present crime there are seven murders. The first accused brother was murdered by the deceased and other persons, due to which the present occurrence had taken place in a broad day light. Though the respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report before the concerned Court and the same has been taken cognizance in PRC No.164 of 2020 for committal, if the petitioners are released on bail, they will face the same consequences. Further most of the accused persons are detained under Act.14 of 1982 and the petitioners are also having previous https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.10716 of 2020 bad antecedents. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
3. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
