Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to forbear the 4th respondent herein from harassing the petitioner and in any way interfering with the civil dispute in respect of the administration of the Abubakker Siddik (Razhi) Jum-A Mosque, Madagupatti.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after filing the writ petition, there is no interference.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petition has been enquired and the same was closed in CSR No.287 of 2020 and as such, there is no interference called for.

3. It is seen from records that both groups are also given an undertaking before the police that they will not create any problem.

In such view of the matter, the mater has become infructuous and hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
