ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned standing counsel for the first respondent and the learned standing counsel for the second respondent.
2.The petitioner is working as sweeper in the first respondent temple. The petitioner is occupying the site the belonging to the temple. He had put up a hut. The petitioner wants electricity service connection. The application is now pending before the second respondent.
3.As rightly pointed out by the learned standing counsel for the second respondent, the petitioner's application will have to be disposed of in terms of Regulation 27(4) of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Distribution Code.
4.The second respondent will pass orders on the petition mentioned application within a period six weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.12878 of 2020 receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
