The Writ Petition is directed against the demand notice dated 15.07.2021 issued by the second respondent and for direction to the respondents to make a fresh assessment over the property bearing Door No.172A1, Palayamkottai Road, Tuticorin, Tuticorin District, as per the Rules, with effect from 01.04.2008 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as 2/4
withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
