Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent, the District Collector and the Chairman of the District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) to consider the representation dated 01.11.2018 to revise and increase the consolidated pay of Block Coordinators from Rs.9000/- to 13,700/- including the additional performance incentive retrospectively from 11.10.2017, the date of G.O Ms.No.303.

ORDER
The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the 4th respondent, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2018 and to revise his pay retrospectively, from the date of issuance of G.O(Ms)No.303 dated 11.10.2017.
2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, though the petitioner is entitled to get revised pay, based on G.O(Ms) No.303 dated 11.10.2017, he was not given such benefit. The learned counsel further relied on a communication dated 27.03.201 in Lr.No.57457/2013/NBA-1, wherein, similar relief was granted to the individuals thereon. Hence, the learned counsel prayed for appropriate direction.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the fourth respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders, on merits. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2018, on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of GO(Ms)No.303, dated 11.10.2017 and pass necessary orders, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
