The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to survey and fix the four boundaries of the petitioner's property covered by Patta No.10175, comprised in S.No. 351 sub-division 4A5. The petitioner has made an application on 02.04.2025 and seeks survey to be conducted based on his application.

2.However, the learned Additional Government Pleader Mr.B.Saravanan, submits that date has already been fixed for proposed survey on 08.05.2025 and notice had also been issued to the writ petitioner on 26.04.2025.

3.In view of the above, recording the fact that the survey is proposed to be conducted on 08.05.2025, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to conclude the survey and pass final orders within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
