Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to allot place at right inception of the land and consequently, grant permission to erect flagpoles to hoist our party flag considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2020. ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today (02.03.2022), there is no representation on behalf the writ petitioner. It shows that the petitioner has not interested in pursuing the case. In such circumstances, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.
