Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of Certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Nil dated 27.03.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to select the petitioner as Typist and communicate to the same to the concerned department so as to issue appointment order to the petitioner.

ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.7674 of 2019 proceedings Nil, dated 27.03.2019 and consequently to direct the respondents to select the petitioner as Typist and communicate the same to the concerned department so as to issue appointment order to the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was murdered and a criminal case has also been registered. The learned counsel for the petitioner further states that the petitioner was already appointed even before her death.

Under these circumstances, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition cannot be granted. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
