1768 of 2018): Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the bodies or persons of the detenue namely Subbulakshmi, wife of Ramasamy, aged about 39 years before this Court and set her at liberty. PRAYER (in H.C.P.(MD) No.1774 of 2018): Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenue namely Subbulakshmi, wife of Ramasamy, aged about 37 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

Mr.M.Chandrasekaran (in H.C.P.(MD) No.1774 of 2018) Additional Public Prosecutor C O M M O N O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is seen that the detenu is aged about 37 years and even according to the complaint given by the petitioner in H.C.P.(MD) No.1768 of 2018, the detenu is having intimacy with the third respondent - Thirumalai. In such view of the matter, we are of the view that this is not a fit case in which the relief of habeas corpus can be ordered. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petitions are closed.
