RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time limit granted in Crl. O.P.(MD). No.4537 of 2020 dated 13.03.2020 on the file of the this Hon`ble Court for complying the condition.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.MURUGESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 13.03.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4537 of 2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioner is not in a position to appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

CRL MP(MD) No.4850 of 2020 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and time granted by this Court vide order dated 13.03.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4537 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today, subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand only] to the credit of Familiar for Children (FFC), No.107, Vellalore Road, Podanur, Coimbatore (Account No.10658878212, IFSC No.SBIN0005794), failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
