Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RAVI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties as per the order of this court dated 23.11.2018. The petitioner ought to have executed sureties within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The learned counsel would submit that due to illness, the petitioners were unable execute the sureties in time and that now sureties are available and they are ready to comply with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court to comply with the directions imposed vide order dated 23.11.2018 in Crl.O.P.
