PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2018 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court and thereby round off the petitioner's mark from 59.94% to 60% and declare the petitioner as having obtained First Class in B.E., Degree Course and to issue certificate.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing through video conferencing, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the prayer sought for by the Petitioner has become infructuous.
