ORDER
This is yet another instance of a matrimonial dispute spreading is the tentacles to the other jurisdiction also. 2.The prayer in the writ petition is not to register any further document with reference to Survey No.87/3 Ajees Nagar 1st Street, Chinnapuliampatti, Aruppukottai Town, Virudhunagar District.
3.The petitioner is the wife and the second respondent is the husband. The claim of the wife is that she has already filed domestic violence proceedings in DVP No.136 of 2025 and pending the same, the Sub-Register should not permit the second respondent to present any document.
4.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner by producing the order dated 13.05.2026 would submit that the learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, had passed an order in DVP.No.136 of 2025, thereby an order of restraint is also granted, specifically against the second respondent herein, regarding his individual properties and the undivided share in the joint properties by prohibiting him from alienating, transferring or creating any third party interest in the hospital property or his share of the properties until all financial obligations including loan repayment compensation and maintenance ordered therein are fully discharged. 5.In view of the said relief being granted to the petitioner before the Trial Court itself, no further orders be passed in the present writ petition.
6.In view thereof, unless the said order of the Trial Court is varied or modified, the second respondent cannot present any document with reference to the property in question and therefore, no further relief need be given to the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
