In view of G.O.Ms.No.268, Higher Education (K1) Department, dated 29.11.2019, whereby it has been declared that the master of Finance Control offered by Madurai Kamaraj University is equivalent to M.Com (Finance) for the purpose of employment in public services, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
