RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time for production of sureties in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4135 of 2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5010 of 2020 dated 21.08.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.ANANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Cr. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.M.P.No.4135 of 2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5010 of 2020, dated 21.08.2020.

2. On perusal of record, it is seen that earlier this Court by an order dated 21.08.2020 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.4135 of 2020 has extended two weeks time to comply with the condition from 21.08.2020 for payment of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Karur Anbukarangal Society, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.

3. This is the second extension petition and hence this Court is not inclined to grant further time to surrender before the concerned Court and execute sureties.

4. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
