PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD)No.2824 of 2020 in CRL A(MD)No.146 of 2020: Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to suspend the sentence of Imprisonment imposed by the Learned Sessions Judge(FAC), Mahila Fast Track Court, Sivagangai in S.C.No.23 of 2016 dated 10/03/2020 and enlarge the petitioners / Appellants on bail, pending disposal of the above said Criminal Appeal and thus render justice.

PRAYER IN CRL A(MD) No.146 of 2020:

Pleased to set aside the Judgment and Conviction dated 10.03.2020 by learned Sessions Judge(FAC), Mahila Fast Track Court, Sivagangai in S.C.No.23 of 2016 and acquit the Appellants. CRL MP(MD) No.5081 of 2020 made the following order:- The petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2824 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD) No.146 of 2020 dated 11.05.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate fairly admitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 15.09.2020 onwards.

4. Due to the present lock down situation and considering the complaince of condition by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition already imposed on the petitioners. The petitioners are directed to sign before the concerned Court weekly once, i.e.,every wednesday at 10.30 am until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
