Respondent/Respondent/Complainant Prayer :-Writ petition filed under Art 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to implement the order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.3161/2019 U.V.7 dated 15.02.2019 within stipulated time frame by the Honourable Court ORDER:- This Writ petition coming on this day for reporting compliance and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this court and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M.Dinesh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M.Karuppasamy Government Advocate, for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

The matter is listed today under the caption "for reporting compliance."

2.It is seen from the records that this Court by order dated 05.08.2020, directed the 2nd respondent to serve a copy of the order passed by him to the petitioner as well as to the petitioner's counsel within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.In compliance of the above, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that a copy of the order passed by the 2nd respondent has been sent to the petitioner and to the petitioner's counsel. In this regard, he filed a memo before the Registry in USR.No.7875 of 2020 dated 19.08.2020.
