petitions PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.1101/2019/ThoVeSa dated 13.03.2019 and the consequential order passed by the second respondent in his proceeding No.03/2019 dated 19.03.2019 and quash the same as illegal insofar as the denial of revised monetary benefits to the petitioners is concerned and consequently direct the second respondent to fix their salary applicable to 'A' category society with effect from 01.04.2017 and pay the same along with arrears within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
