(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Today (30.06.2025), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, 6 and 8 would submit that meeting was conducted and the cement factory is not commenced its production.

2.In view of the said submission, the relief as such sought for in this Writ Petition lost its relevance. Thus, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, if any grievance exists, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the authorities competent. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
