ORDER

The writ petition is filed for directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct the meeting on 13.05.2023 at Town Kulaparai Street, Vahaiyadi Mukku, Tirunelveli District as stated in the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2023 or any other place near the locality. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the permission is to be granted for conducting a public meeting at Vahaiyadi Mukku, at Town Kulaparai Street, Tirunelveli District.

3.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the area is very congested area. The permission can be granted for conducting meeting in Town Kulaparai Street but not in Vahaiyadi Mukku. The respondent police are ready to grant permission for conducting meeting inside the Kulaparai Street on 13.05.2023 from 05.30 p.m., till 08.30p.m. 2/4

4.In view of the aforesaid submissions, the permission is granted to the petitioner to conduct the meeting in the place and time fixed by the respondent police.
