ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.
2. According to the petitioner, the respondent police are harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence, this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submits that they have not harassed the petitioner and only based on the complaint lodged by the private respondents, they called the petitioner for enquiry.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the private respondents, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the 2/4
