ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to measure the property situated in Survey No.379/1B, situated at Periyammapatti Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District by considering his online application dated 08.04.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4. According to the petitioner, the subject property belongs to his mother Lakshmi. The revenue documents and the patta for the subject property also stands in her name in Patta No.1498. He submitted an 2/6
application before the respondent on 08.04.2022, seeking survey of the subject property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
5. The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has produced only E-Challan and the acknowledgment for submitting an online application has not been produced.
6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to submit proper online application and produce the acknowledgment before the 1st respondent within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of acknowledgment for submission of online application, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a further period of eight
(8) weeks, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations and directions. No costs.
