ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 379 I.P.C r/w Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.489 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police that the petitioner is having two previous cases of similar in nature. Further, the petitioner has moved an anticipatory bail application in Crl.OP(MD).No.9581 of 2021 and the same was dismissed on 27.07.2021. Suppressing the same, the present application has been filed.

CRL OP(MD). No.10146 of 2021 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
