Heard Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.J.Padmavathi Devi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to complete the disciplinary proceedings initiated by the second respondent as against the petitioner, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.PaVa.No.1/140/2017 dated 02.01.2018.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions submitted that the respondents may require three months time to complete the proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.7770 of 2019 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner vide proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.PaVa.No.1/140/2017 dated 02.01.2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
