ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to conduct enquiry for the representation dated 03.04.2025 and to provide adequate police protection for the petitioner and his family and thereby to prevent the third respondent from interfering in the peaceful enjoyment of the petitioner's brother's property in RSY.No.232/1B of Simon Colony Village, Reethapuram Panchayat, Kalkulam Taluk of Kanyakumari District.
2. According to the petitioner, the third respondent is creating trouble to the petitioner to construct compound wall. In this regard, he sent representation to the second respondent for police protection, but the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 2, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner is under enquiry.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the second respondent also admitted the receipt of the petitioner's representation, this 2/4
Court, without issuing notice to the third respondent, directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation and take appropriate action in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to both parties, within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
