This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct a proper land survey in Survey No.70/12B situated at Sedevimangalam, Mannachanallur, Trichy District based on the applications made by the petitioner on 13.02.2020 and 24.07.2020.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that during pendency of this Writ Petition, a survey was conducted and the written instruction received from the Tahsildar in this regard was also placed before this Court. 3.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
