ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of rejecting the claim of the petitioner for medical reimbursement on the ground of delay.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, on instructions, submitted that the respondents 2 and 3 will consider the claim of the petitioner without referring to the delay of the petitioner and will pay the eligible amount based on the eligibility, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.7791 of 2019 3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, the impugned order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.373/17-18/E4, dated 24.07.2018 is set aside and the respondents are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner afresh without referring to the delay, on merits.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
