RESPONDENT RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time for compliance of the orders passed by this Hon`ble Court on 04.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8128 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.M.KARUNAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that earlier this Court by an order dated 04.08.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8128 of 2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. CRL MP(MD) No.4855 of 2020 sudden fever and hence, they are not in a position to appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 04.08.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8128 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
