No.4833 of 2020 :- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to relax the condition imposed in granting Bail to us dated 08.09.2020 made in Crl. A.(MD) No. 271 of 2020.

Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14-A (2) of the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes Act, 1989, Amendment Act, 2015, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Crl.M.P.No.1029 of 2020, dated 03.08.2020 and enlarge the appellants on bail in connection with the Crime No.796 of 2020 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police. ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Susi Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. K.Dinesh Babu, Additional Public Prosecutor On Behalf of the Respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

CRL MP(MD). No.4833 of 2020 This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.271 of 2020 dated 08.09.2020. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has granted bail to the petitioner on 08.09.2020, directing the petitioner to appear before the Virudhunagar Town Police Station daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and prayed the petition to be allowed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 admitted that the petitioner is complying the condition till now.

4.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.271 of 2020 dated 08.09.2020. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is partly allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police, Tirunelveli on every Wednesday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
